These are Scotland's main regulations governing the quality of water supplied by Scottish Water. They transpose the requirements of the European Council Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption.
These regulations supersede the Water Supply (Water Quality )(Scotland) Regulations 2001 and the Water Quality (Scotland) Regulations 2010.
