DWQR is committed to making its website as accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
We try to make our site more accessible by using:
- easier-to-read colours
- the ability to magnify our website so that it is still readable
- plain English
- keyboard only navigation
Some of the content is for use by water industry and environmental health professionals, and is highly technical in nature including the use of specialist terms and diagrams, however if you are having difficulty in reading or understanding any content please contact us.

The DWQR Annual Report is currently published as a PDF document that is not fully accessible. We will gladly supply a version in MS Word if you contact us. We aim to publish next year’s report (to be published Summer 2024) in a fully accessible form.

PDF which are not essential for providing our services dated before 23 September 2018 may not be accessible to all users. We will gladly supply accessible content for these on request. All documents published on our website after this date are in accessible form.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 1 November 2023 and last reviewed on 26th January 2024. We will aim to review it at least annually.
The website was reviewed internally in November 2023, and will be audited by an external accessibility expert in January 2024. A few accessibility issues were raised at this audit. We are working with our website providers and aim to have these resolved by 30th June 2024.
